WHAT: Taught using the science of motor learning and motor control--the language of tomorrow's industry leaders--participants will learn the Level-1 KB unique, foundational, power, and traditional lifts as well as become familiar with innovative applications of KB training in the areas of personal training, semi-private instruction, overall functional and athletic performance enhancement, injury prevention, and KBC's unique, proven, and business strategies. Participants will also learn the unique and highly functional biomechanical, neurological, and physiological principals of KB training and how they radically differ from other modalities.

INSTRUCTOR: Vincent Metzo

TIME: Day 1: 9-6pm Day 2: 9-5pm (Course may begin or end earlier on Day 2 to allow for earlier departure.)

WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS COURSE:

Fitness professionals who hold a related degree and/or are accredited though NSCA, NASM, ACSM, USAW, NCSF, USSA, RTS, ISSA, ACE, RKC, and CST. All fitness professionals will receive CEU's. In addition, upon successful completion of our exam, will receive recognition on the KBC website as a kettlebell instructor along with many other benefits.

Mind-Body professionals who are interested in supplementing their practices that will help their clients increase performance, decrease injury, increase strength, and "move fluidly through a resisted environment." --Dr. Ted Keating

If you do not currently hold a NOCA/NCCA or IACET accredited fitness certification (NASM, ACE, AFAA, NFPT, NSCA, NCSF, etc) you MUST call the KBC office before registration to verify your eligibility to take this course.
