Anthony has always wanted to teach, and that's what he's been doing in the fitness industry for the past 16 years. Having attended Queens College for Physical Education and being a former Category 4 amateur cyclist, Anthony became a Master Instructor for the Spinning Program--a title he shares with only 140 other instructors around the world.
Since then he has traveled across North America helping educate others in Spinning practice and training. He has presented in numerous conferences in the fitness industry including The World Spinning and Sport Conference (2007-11, 13), ECA/OBOE (2009-10), ECA/Thrive (2011) and KBC Galvanized (2009-10).
Anthony has also been a vehement supporter of bringing kettlebells into the Spinning program. One of his first WSSC workshops, "Kettlebell basics," packed out to the point Anthony had to go to a nearby studio to borrow their kettlebells. He has also been quoted in the Spinning newsletter extolling the benefits of kettlebells to the indoor & outdoor cycling community. Anthony is also the founder of AMfit Personal Training, a door to door personal training business based out of Bayside, Queens. He can also be found teaching Spin at NYSC as well being one of the coaches at Crossfit Great Neck.
