You may reach our customer service department by phone Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, Eastern Time at 800-876-6090. If nobody is available, please leave a message and your call will be returned within 24-48 hours.

If for any reason you would like to change your order, please call or email us immediately and have your order confirmation ready. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. If your order has not been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to change any portion of the order.

You may also contact our customer service department to place an order or with questions about KBC products, accessories, how to become a KBC Instructor or to find a training or club near you.

Placing an Order
Items from Kettlebell Concepts online store can be added to your cart. Be sure that you have accurately chosen your desired options via the correct drop down boxes for items with additional product attributes. These items are placed in your cart. Please note that items in your cart can always be deleted or the quantity modified before your order is actually placed.

Order Status
You will receive automated emails alerting you to your order status. At any time you can also log into the My Account page from the KBC website to see your order history as well as current order status.

Shipping Charges
Shipments of over 70lbs may be billed separately. Unless directed otherwise, KBC will make every effort to ship KB’s via the least expensive method as possible. Orders of a few hundred pounds or more may be shipped via truck. (Non-UPS carrier) The customer will be made aware of shipping charges for these orders as quickly as possible.

Checkout
After placing items in your online shopping cart you will need to complete the checkout process in order to complete your order. This is accomplished by clicking the checkout button on your shopping cart page. You may be asked to select or enter your correct shipping address, shipping method and payment choice.

Returns

KBC stands by the quality and workmanship of our own products, and we want our customers to be completely satisfied. Kettlebells are a very popular item these days! KBC is completely aware of its own stock of KB’s at all times. However, as is the case with any distributor/vendor relationship, we are not made aware of dwindling quantities of stock (or out of stock items) of other vendors until it might be too late.

Therefore, if you are going to order non-KBC bells and want to ensure that they are in stock, please make sure to call us first to confirm! Orders placed for kettlebells will not be refunded under any circumstances save a damaged product, which we will replace free of charge.

In addition please be aware that your credit card will be charged when you purchase the items, not when they are shipped.

Please note that, unless your kettlebell arrives significantly damaged through shipping problems, there are NO returns for kettlebells. No exceptions will be made.

We strongly recommend that you use a traceable shipping method if you return a damaged KB. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged items in the return shipping process.

We will refund or credit the value of the item and any related sales tax. Return shipping charges will not be refunded, however, you will not be charged for the shipping costs associated with exchanges. Please allow one billing cycle for credits to appear on your statement.

If we were unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address match your credit card billing information exactly. KettleBell Concepts will appear on your credit card statement.

Sales Tax
KBC is required to collect sales tax in the state of NY at the rate in effect at the time your order is shipped. The state tax rate will be calculated during the ordering process.

Prices shown are in US dollars only. Pricing subject to change without notice.

Fraud

KBC thoroughly checks the validity of orders for fraudulent use and is not responsible for any delays due to verification of orders. We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent orders without notice. We reserve the right to decline any order, for any reason. As an additional measure of protection against charge backs, KBC now uses Signature Link. (www.signaturelink.com)
